MUST SEE: CBS Has Been CAUGHT Editing…

CBS is once again in hot water, this time for deceptively editing a pivotal interview with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. The segment, which aired on Face the Nation, left out critical remarks that directly tied a dangerous criminal alien to the brutal MS-13 gang.

The controversy has exploded just months into President Donald Trump’s return to the White House, reinforcing the administration’s ongoing battle with media censorship and selective reporting.

Secretary Noem, now a top cabinet official under President Trump, was speaking about Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a violent offender tied to gang activity and human trafficking.

But when the interview aired, viewers noticed something was missing—several minutes of damning details had been cut.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, CBS edited out over four minutes—23 percent of the entire interview.

The missing footage included Noem’s unflinching characterization of Garcia as “a known human smuggler, MS‑13 gang member… a wife‑beater… so perverted that he solicited nude photos from minors.”

Those facts were buried by the network, stripped from the version shown to the public. “It is shameful that CBS would doctor the truth to protect a criminal,” Noem stated. “Americans deserve to hear the facts.”

CBS responded with a boilerplate excuse, claiming the edits were made “for time.” But with a known pattern of suppressing conservative voices, the network’s credibility is in tatters. “They didn’t cut for time—they cut for narrative control,” said Fox News contributor Jesse Watters.

A DHS press release confirmed the deception, noting CBS “cut more than 23% of the interview, including key factual statements about border security threats.”

The administration is now weighing formal complaints against the network.

President Trump, whose second term has prioritized transparency and law-and-order, called the editing “outrageous” during a press briefing.

“This is the fake news media doing what it always does—covering for criminals and attacking patriots,” he said.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt added, “If CBS thinks they can manipulate our Homeland Security Secretary’s words to protect a criminal alien, they are gravely mistaken. This administration will not allow it.”

Conservative lawmakers have already begun calling for congressional hearings on media manipulation. “This goes beyond politics,” said Rep. Elise Stefanik. “This is about the American people being lied to by the corporate press.”

The controversy also amplifies the Trump administration’s crackdown on sanctuary policies and immigration loopholes.

Noem’s comments were part of a broader initiative to highlight how repeat offenders like Garcia continue to exploit a broken system—one President Trump has vowed to fix once and for all.

The incident reflects a media establishment still unwilling to confront the consequences of open-border ideologies.

“They are complicit in the damage being done,” said Sen. J.D. Vance. “We’re cleaning up their mess, and they hate us for it.”

Social media platforms lit up with anger. “This is journalistic malpractice,” tweeted conservative commentator Benny Johnson. “CBS is defending a predator just to dunk on Trump.”

Even left-leaning media watchdogs couldn’t deny the bias. “Editing out such specific and incendiary claims raises serious ethical questions,” said former CBS reporter Lara Logan. “There’s a reason people no longer trust the press.”
