WATCH: Maxine Waters Goes Ballistic When Pressed on Why Democrats Are Pressing for Free Healthcare for Illegal Aliens

Congressional budget negotiations are coming down to the wire as the government attempts to avert a shutdown, though both sides seem unwilling to negotiate on some key concepts, particularly the matter of illegal alien healthcare: Democrats are demanding a huge appropriation for providing healthcare free of charge to illegal aliens, and Republicans, such as President Trump and VP JD Vance, are totally refusing to go along with that.

JD Vance, for example, said that Democrats wanted to allocate “hundreds of billions of dollars to illegal aliens for their health care while Americans are struggling to pay their health care bills, adding that their demand was utterly “absurd” and “preposterous,” so the administration was treating it as utterly “unacceptable.”

President Trump, for his part, said much the same thing in his post on Truth Social, writing: “They are threatening to shut down the Government of the United States unless they can have over $1 Trillion Dollars in new spending to continue free healthcare for Illegal Aliens (A monumental cost!), force Taxpayers to fund Transgender surgery for minors, have dead people on the Medicaid roles, allow Illegal Alien Criminals to steal Billions of Dollars in American Taxpayer Benefits . . .”

So, Democrats started being pressed on the matter. Amongst those who was questioned about it, and who totally freaked out in response, was far-left Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), known for her utterly radical views. She was asked, during a Tuesday, September 30 interview outside the Capitol, why Democrats were willing to shutdown Congress to fund illegal alien healthcare. She snapped, in response, that the journalist needed to “stop it”.

Kicking the angry interview off by getting to the meat of the matter and asking what the Democrats would inflict upon America for the sake of illegal alien healthcare, the journalist asked Rep. Waters, ” Democrats want to prioritize the health care of illegal aliens over a government shutdown? Because if the government does shut down America…”

Waters, furious, rudely interrupted the journalist and snapped, “Excuse me. Stop it right there. We’re not prioritizing. What we’re doing is saying simply we want to keep the government open, and we want to work with the Republicans and have a bipartisan agreement to keep this government open and healthcare is at the top of our agenda.”

Following up, the journalist asked, “Are Democrats demanding healthcare for illegal aliens?” Waters, angry, replied, “Democrats are demanding healthcare for everybody. We want to save lives. We want to make sure that healthcare is available to those who would die, but having the help of their government.”

Still not letting the matter go, the journalist then asked, pressing the woke congresswoman on the shocking meaning of what she was saying about healthcare and the shutdown, “So you’re good with the government shutdown, even if it means giving health care to people who aren’t American citizens?”

Totally melting down and giving a berserk answer in response, Waters snapped, “Well, you keep that’s what you’re pushing on. What you’re trying to do is you’re standing here and you’re trying to make me say that somehow we are going to put non citizens over America’s quit it. Stop it. This is the kind of journalism we don’t need. No, you’re not. You’re being divisive. No, please don’t. You don’t need to ask that question. You’re just trying to get controversy here. You’re not going to get it from me. We want to save health care for all people.”
